Why do we certify
(the Training Association Systemic Consensus e.V., ASK e.V. for short):
- High-quality and honest dissemination and application of the SK principle is important to us.
- We accompany people who show us that they want and do the same. We want to honour these people for this.
- We want to form a community of people who see the SK attitude as the basis of their work with groups and for whom we would put our hand in the fire. For these people, we want to build a visible network of professionals who can support each other, cross-fertilize each other and accompany each other at a high level.
With the start of the certification process, you will receive:
- Guided in-depth examination of SK attitude and practice.
- Individual, appreciative feedback on one's own competence and learning fields from the assessors and the group.
- Strong learning impulses for professional and personal growth.
- Connection to the SK community as a resource for assignments & other participatory challenges.

Prerequisite: We recommend attending a basic seminar, but we also want to proceed in a competence-oriented way: If you have suitable skills (experience in working with groups, moderation,...), a seminar is not a mandatory requirement. Get in touch with us.

Prerequisite: Attendance at the training Facilitation with SK or the basic and advanced seminar. In addition, they already have moderation experience or Experience in working with groups.
