That's what makes me special
As a long-time trainer and trainer, I am an expert in supporting people in discovering and developing their potential.
In my studies, I focused on democracy education, transcultural and global learning. In addition, I trained as a trainer for nonviolent communication and specialized in the fields of international youth work, large group and conference moderation as well as pedagogical evaluation. Therefore, one of my main focuses is participatory team development in intercultural settings.
Since 2003 I have been giving my own seminars in Nonviolent Communication. In 2014, I founded Konsenslotsen and took over its management in 2018. I travel all over Germany as a trainer for participatory decision management and live in Berlin with my husband and child.
