- Investment design – future-oriented, participatory, efficient
The growing demands on moderation, leadership and participation require new skills. This training will teach you everything you need to make decision-making processes professional and give you the ease with which you can lead teams and organizations into a new culture of participation.
Description
Participation design is the targeted planning of participatory decision-making processes – from the first need to the binding decision. It creates clear structures, promotes efficient collaboration and ensures results that are supported by all parties involved.
With systemic consensus and modern digital tools, decision-making processes can be designed precisely and tailor-made. The focus is on:
The right steps: What does it take for a successful process?
Meaningful integration: Who is involved and when?
The appropriate methods: How does the investment remain lean and goal-oriented?
Why this training?
Participation design offers the right tools to consciously shape participation and anchor it sustainably in organizations. It strengthens cohesion, increases the ability to implement and leads away from the old paradigm of "commanding and obeying" to real cooperation at eye level.

You should feel particularly addressed if...
- … You work as a manager, facilitator, coach, consultant or agile coach and
- … They often experience how exhausting and time-consuming decision-making processes are. The end result is a hard-won result that is difficult to implement and may divide the group, the team or even society.
- … You want to bring your skills in joint decision-making in groups and teams to expert level and design decision-making processes that are efficient, participatory and strengthening for cohesion?
- … Perhaps you would even like to contribute to the further development of our social understanding of democracy

As an investment designer...
- … support groups and teams in remaining able to make decisions even in complex situations and in mastering high participation requirements.
- … Choose the appropriate decision-making process for the challenge at hand and design lean, participatory processes tailored to the group and context.
- … accompany teams through difficult decision-making processes and advise them on the development of their own decision-making structures.
- … make pitfalls of common procedures visible and offer well-founded alternatives.
- … Help others find their place in groups – beyond dominance, self-abandonment and destructive resistance
"From the very beginning, you radiated a very approachable and authentic presence - professionally, but at the same time personally and without distance. I was particularly impressed that you also reported unfiltered from your own failure experiences and shared your experience with us with your warnings. That created so much trust and connection for me. The concrete practical examples and the storytelling were also great: This made the learning content tangible and directly imaginable. You can feel that you are deep in the subject matter and bring an enormous amount of know-how to the table. That really inspired me!
