Abstract
Flat hierarchies with short and fast decision-making paths are important in order to be able to react quickly in changing conditions. But not everything can and should be fully delegated. To what extent do team members get autonomy in decision-making? Above all, it is important to create clarity here and to make decision-making procedures transparent.
Cross-functional, diverse teams can significantly enrich the work, but decision-making in such teams is challenging and if you just let it go, these advantages are rarely exploited. Here it is important to use decision-making procedures that do not require pressure to conform and can be designed flexibly.
In this two-day seminar, we will introduce you to the art of participatory decision-making. You will get to know the Empowerment Board according to J. Appelo.
We will introduce you to various (participatory) decision-making processes, not only to systemic consensus. They are given the necessary tools to prepare and accompany decisions well. So that you and your team can make good, sustainable decisions with more ease in the future.
