Abstract
If you want to learn the tools of the trade and the attitude of a moderation at eye level, this seminar is made for you!
Over 5 days, various simulations from practice will be played out in order to get to know decision-making processes of different extent and complexity. This brings the challenges and sticking points of consensus-oriented moderation to life and can be experienced. In the process, the most important questions are clarified, basic moderation techniques are used, explained and tried out by the participants.
Afterwards, the necessary know-how is practiced in the moderation role to lead a group with the SK principle to decisions in which everyone can participate.

- Group dynamic effects of the SK principle in comparison to other methods
