Abstract
For 3 days, everything revolves around systemic consensus: your own moderation, interesting applications of SK and many exciting experiences and questions.
On the Mentoring Assessment Training (MAT) Pending Day 1 and 2 in the foreground that you as an SK moderator and SK user become confident and confident. In simulated practical situations, you can try out your moderation skills and then receive constructive, appreciative feedback and further recommendations for practice. The simulations, which follow each other seamlessly, take place in small groups. There are a variety of elaborated situations, so you will also learn a lot from the exercises of the other participants.
If you want, you can register to participate in the Certification as an SK user or as a SK Moderator .
The assessments are flanked by small groups that support each other in the individual learning process through further feedback, reflection and exchange.
The Integration Day on Day 3 then offers space and support from the trainers to deepen and integrate the experiences of the previous days and to further enrich them with tips and application recommendations. The group can choose the main topics itself.
On the mentoring assessment training, you will be accompanied by at least two SK trainers and from different training institutes.

- Roleplayer Award (no own moderation necessary; maximum 4 places and on condition that enough regular registrations are made) : 600 ,–€ + VAT + meals + overnight stay.
The prerequisite is the prior participation of a two-day SK seminar with the consensus pilots or other training institutes.
Places are limited to 13 people.
The accommodation is also reserved through us, but billed extra.
