Terms & Conditions

General Terms and Conditions of "Konsenslotsen /Adela Mahling" (hereinafter also referred to as "Konsenslotsen" and "Contractor") on the provision of services to clients (hereinafter also referred to as "Client") in the areas of training, seminars, coaching & consulting, as of October 2019.

1.) General

By registering or placing an order for a consensus pilot event, the general terms and conditions are deemed to have been accepted. This also applies to follow-up business, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Oral amendments and additions shall only be effective if they have been confirmed in writing by the Contractor.

Registrations are made in the order in which they are received. Registrations, rebookings or cancellations will only be accepted in writing (post or e-mail).

Every registration is binding.
The invoices are payable without deduction at the time of invoicing.
The client is not entitled to withhold payments or to offset them with their own claims.
In order for a certificate of participation to be issued, at least 90% attendance is required.

Customers and business partners agree that the data of their organization, which is collected as part of the seminar registration, will be included in the company database of Konsenslotsen. Please note that e-mail addresses of our customers and business partners are used to draw attention to news, event dates, offers, information, etc. from Konsenslotsen. If this is not desired, this can be prevented at any time by a written notification to info@konsenslotsen.de.

Participation in events of consensus pilots is at your own risk and responsibility. No liability can be assumed for personal (valuable) belongings of the participants.

The instructions of the trainers/advisors must be followed at all times. The Contractor shall only be liable for damages in the event of gross negligence and intent.

In any case, liability for consequential damages and financial losses, in particular due to delay, impossibility of performance, loss of profit, expected but not realized savings – to the extent permitted by law – is excluded.

Changes in the event program: Konsenslotsen assumes no liability for printing and spelling errors in publications and on the website. Furthermore, Konsenslotsen reserves the right to make changes to the programme for organisational reasons, as well as to cancel events.

The realization of events depends on the minimum number of participants (6 registrations are required for open seminars).

In the event of disputes between the parties to the contract arising from the present business case, only the court in Berlin with jurisdiction over the subject matter must decide.

German law is to be applied exclusively. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If individual conditions are void or legally invalid, this does not affect the legal validity of the remaining conditions.

All trainers/consultants have a contractual relationship with consensus guides. The client is not entitled to induce them to take on orders on their own account.
