Consensus guide, participation designer, co-determination manager.
My strength is that I can bring others into their strength. This is called empowerment. And for me, systemic consensus is an important approach to bringing individuals and especially entire groups into their strengths. I do this playfully, with humor and – as I am told – contagious enthusiasm.
And because this work is often not a one-person endeavor, I have built up a network of wonderful people around me.
