The Basic Seminar
"Those who do not take the resistance seriously will reap the revolt."
Old proverb
Description
A lot of practical practice, plus the theoretical background and thus a well-founded, compact introduction to the SK principle - that's what you will find in this basic seminar. To do this, we will run through various fictitious simulations from practice in order to get to know decision-making processes of different extent and complexity. They learn the method as vividly and tangibly as possible. We'll give you feedback on your progress. At the end, you can introduce the SK principle to a group and moderate simple decisions in which everyone can participate.

Insight into the contents:
- Why do we look at resistance instead of advocacy?
- Group dynamic effects of the SK principle in contrast to majority decision or consensus
- The most commonly used variants of systemic consensus for different levels of complexity
- make a sensible selection quickly with as little dissatisfaction as possible
- Efficiently and mindfully accompany ad-hoc processes with the objection question
- The basics of moderation
- Formulating concrete, meaningful questions
- Clarify and practice the difference between the content and process levels

- Reflection on one's own experiences with the new principle
- Feedback on your own moderation or the aspects worked out by the trainer
