The SK Introductory Day
"Deciding is a verb."
Klaus Karstädt
Description
An Introductory Day to Systemic Consensus does just that: it introduces you to the rules and workings of this ingenious social innovation.
You will quickly get an overview of the basic features of the method and can experience for yourself where it is superior to other methods of joint decision-making and in which contexts it is applicable. From there, you can easily decide whether and how deep you want to continue learning afterwards. In any case, you will see decisions with different eyes afterwards and have initial ideas for your own applications.

Insight into the contents:
- What does the SK principle do to group dynamic processes? How does it differ from majority voting or consensus? What are the benefits?
- The most important SK tools at a glance.
- Moderation and reflection of an example process.
- areas of application in society.

By attending this seminar, you will...
- Seeing decisions with different eyes.
- have a new, practical tool at their disposal to make decisions.
- Recognizing and addressing dissatisfaction in groups more easily.
- more easily find solutions that come as close to a consensus as possible without covering up concerns.
