We have also opted for agility. Not to follow the latest trend, but because it combines values to which we as moderators and trainers feel committed long before this approach and philosophy became known.
Many of the tools we use as facilitators have an agilizing effect (especially systemic consensus).
If you design processes and have them designed in an agile way, you will remain capable of acting and agile even in complex situations and promote the long-term commitment of all those involved and affected.
